Meredith Bauschlicher, LCSW
Meredith Bauschlicher is a Licensed Social Worker with over five years of experience helping children, teens and families navigate challenges and gain confidence. Her particular passion is walking alongside children and families who face social and academic challenges that decrease their self-esteem and hinder their personal growth. Meredith’s various experiences, including her work in an orphanage abroad, a group home for migrant children, an elementary school, and a community health clinic. Most recently, Meredith worked as a social-emotional health counselor at Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart in Houston where she worked collaboratively with teachers, caregivers, and outside therapists in ensuring the best outcome for each of her students.
Meredith knows that being a parent of young children is overwhelming at times! That is why she has chosen to learn and become an expert at PCIT. She's there to support parents without judgment, with compassion, understanding, and empathy. She is passionate about seeing families heal, prosper and thrive!
Meredith completed her master's degree in Clinical Social Work at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California, and earned her undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology from the Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio. Meredith counsels from person-centered perspective. She believes that the most powerful interventions are compassion, authenticity, and active listening. In Meredith’s free time, she enjoys trying all the delicious food Houston has to offer and spending time with her husband and baby girl.
